EDUCATIONAL GOALS
Learning how to leverage one own’s creativity and gaining the technical know-how to create videos of different formats, following all the project and production development phases in first person. Identifying the message that must be communicated and conveying it though the project, within the brands’s overall storytelling context and coherently to its tone of voice. Collaborating with stylists, make-up artists, models and all the professionals on set. Acquiring post-production software skills such as Adobe Premiere, Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects or others.
CONTENTS
History of audiovisual language, visual culture, storytelling, directing, direction of photography, set tools, video editing.
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
Exercises and project work will allow you to test yourself in creating audiovisual material like fashion films, corporate videos, videoclips and commercial films.
You will manage all the work phases: from the definition of the concept and moodboard, to the laying out of the storyboard to the fine tuning of the work plan. You will follow pre-production, set production and post-production, including the activities of editing and color correction using the most adequate, specific tools for the job. You will also be able to experiment the creation of product-centered video content for e-commerce platforms, starting from commercial briefs.
