MOODART FASHION SCHOOL IS THE FIRST FASHION COMMUNICATION, COORDINATED IMAGE AND EVENTS SCHOOL IN ITALY.
In 2011 we had an idea: to bring to life a multidisciplinary educational project, of both theoretical and practical nature, that could recognize and develop a student’s unique qualities. Since then we never stopped nurturing and growing with our idea.
MOODART has its roots in the heart of a region, Veneto, in which the manufacturing tradition has a well-known history; here we want to train the professionals of tomorrow.
2011: 1 small location in Verona, 1 class, 10 students
2012: a new, bigger location
2014: the courses grow, becoming annual and biannual
2016: the second building opens
TODAY: 3 buildings, 18 classes, 10 workshops, 14 courses, 250 students
PERSON
Every individual is unique and so is every educational journey, because it comes from a person’s heart, desire and potential. In MOODART the individual person is valued and promoted, in its unrepeatable singularity and complex entirety, finding respect, confrontation, listening and care. For this reason, students, teachers, experts and professionals can intersect their aspirations and experiences, their moments of success and the tales they have just begun, to each write their story and build a bigger narrative, made up by multiple voices, together.
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
We see knowledge as having roots firmly planted into the ground and long branches extended towards the sky, needing nourishment and an open and bright environment to grow stronger. In all of our courses, study and thought on one side, technique and know-how on the other, are continuously exchanging with one another and strengthening each other: theory gives the base of education, practice the strength to grow higher.
And exercise and collaboration are the lymph that fortify it all.
INCLUSIVENESS
Each student arrives at MOODART with a different past, hopes and particular goals: our courses welcome all profiles with any kind of ambition, because there is not only one path to follow, but many destinations and exciting journeys to get there. In a lively dialogue, where creativity and competence flow freely and feed off each other, it’s important for us to value differences, as we know their value. Whatever the start, we want it to be a beautiful story.
AUTHENTICITY
This school comes from a real story, from the aspirations and concrete needs of the people that founded it, and any reference to real events is entirely intentional. Truth is a part of our way of thinking and of the way we relate to our students and partners. In MOODART we encourage honesty, transparency and loyalty; towards others and especially towards ourselves, the courage to say what we think and to be who we really are.
EXPERIENCE
We believe that to learn and grow one must, first of all, take a challenge, discover oneself by dealing with others, things that are different, the unknown. This is why we value experience so much and why, in our educational journeys, we offer trips abroad, meetings with professionals, visits to companies. Each of these moments can become a source of inspiration: along with our student’s portfolio, our wish is to fill their life.
